
Waco, Inc. Announces Strategic Consolidation of C&M Fabrication to Enhance Regional Mechanical and Industrial Services
SANDSTON, VA – April 29, 2026 – Waco, Inc., a leading provider of industrial construction and maintenance services, today announced the strategic consolidation of its subsidiary, C&M Fabrication, into its core operations. This integration is designed to streamline Waco, Inc.’s mechanical, environmental, and insulation service offerings across its 10 current locations in Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, and West Virginia.
By bringing C&M Fabrication’s specialized capabilities directly under the Waco, Inc. banner, the company reinforces its commitment to providing a “one-stop” solution for complex industrial projects. This consolidation will significantly enhance Waco’s overall offerings to its industrial clients, providing seamless project management and direct access to high-end machining expertise alongside Waco’s established contracting services.
As part of this transition, the C&M facility will remain at its current location at 125 Alta Mountain Rd, Lewisburg, WV 24901, continuing to serve as a vital hub for precision fabrication. The facility features a robust suite of industrial equipment, including:
● High-Definition Plate Cutting: Precision metal processing using an 8′ x 24′ High-Definition Plasma Burn Table, designed for high-speed, accurate cutting of large-format steel plating.
● Massive-Scale Finishing & Preparation: A 30′ x 120′ Industrial Paint Booth and a 30′ x 60′ Indoor Sandblast Room for the professional coating and preparation of oversized industrial components.
● Heavy-Duty Metal Forming: High-capacity shaping using a 350-ton Press Brake, capable of handling up to 1/2″ thick Carbon Steel and 3/8″ thick Stainless Steel.
● Precision CNC Machining: High-accuracy production using a Haas 10″ x 72″ CNC Lathe, as well as Fadal 20 x 40 and Haas 12 x 20 Milling Centers.
● Industrial Sawing: A Wellsaw 16″ Capacity Bandsaw for accurate, heavy-duty stock cutting.
● Optimized Material Handling: 1.5-ton Jib Cranes at all working stations ensure the rapid and secure movement of heavy industrial components throughout the shop.
